Staff are attentive and friendly. Proximity to the Central Station and Circumvesuviana makes the location excellent for Pompeii, Herculaneum, Oplontis or Stabia, as well as the airport via the Alibus stop at Piazza Garibaldi. The area around the station feels a bit unsafe due to the people, but it's not dangerous, with a heavy police and army presence. Still, it's wise to stay alert.”
